Dr. Elect Star is the visionary founder of Golden Nuggets, LLC, a trusted mental health counselor, certified trauma and anxiety specialist, best-selling author of Golden Nuggets: Food for the Mind, Body and Soul; ordained minister, and seasoned health and wellness consultant. She is nationally recognized for educating and equipping caregivers, clergy, teachers, and healthcare professionals through dynamic, evidence-based training modules that blend psychological insight, biblical truth, and cultural relevance.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Dr. Star provides CE-accredited programs and hosts powerful retreats, workshops, and conferences that transform lives from the inside out. Her signature trainings address essential topics such as grief and loss, compassion fatigue, emotional intelligence, and self-care from a biblical perspective.
Dr. Star is also the creator and host of The Golden Nuggets Health & Wellness Show where she explores real-life mental health crises, psychological warfare, and spiritual solutions with truth, grace, and grit.
